At Symbolically Adopt a Species, we want you to be delighted with your adoption kit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all physical merchandise. Please note that digital adoption certificates are non-refundable once delivered via email.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the plush animal, printed certificate, and informational brochures in their original packaging to ensure they remain in gift-ready condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our sanctuary warehouse inspects the returned kit, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
